Eligibility for Returns and Refunds+

Because many Momentum Prints pieces are prepared individually with intention and care, we're unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind or preference-based decisions.

This includes orders placed with the wrong size, color, scent, variant, personalization details, or shipping information entered during checkout.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items+

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at support@momentumprints.store and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

Lost Packages+

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we will do our best to help review the issue with the shipping carrier.

If the package cannot be located and the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

We are unable to cover lost orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.

Order Cancellations+

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.

We'll always do our best to help, but cancellations may not be possible once order processing has already begun.

Exchanges+
