At Momentum Prints, every order is prepared with intention and care to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and exactly as expected. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Returns

Because many Momentum Prints pieces are prepared individually with intention and care, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or preference-based decisions.

This includes orders placed with the wrong size, color, scent, variant, personalization details, or shipping information entered during checkout.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

To request support, email support@momentumprints.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (when applicable)

Resolutions

Once the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and can be used toward a future purchase.

Personalized Items

Personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds due to incorrect details submitted at checkout. If there is a quality issue or an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
