We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Each Momentum Prints piece is carefully prepared with attention to detail, so it arrives beautifully presented and ready to be enjoyed or gifted.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • Canada: 10–20 business days
  • Preparation time: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping time: 2–5 business days (U.S.) / 5–15 business days (Canada)

    • Please note that all delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal demand, holidays, weather conditions, or order volume.

    Tracking

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

    Address Accuracy

    Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@momentumprints.store as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once order preparation has begun.

    Delayed, Lost, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

    If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at support@momentumprints.store and we’ll help review the issue with you.

    Split Shipments

    In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
